This doll is marked on her back ... 2002 Toy Century Industrial Co.  She stands 4 1/4" tall and has the ability to move her arms and legs.  So she can sit perfectly.  Her head is a soft plastic and does not move.  Her body though is made of hard plastic.  She has very blonde hair ... the hair can be combed if you hold onto the hair by the roots.  Her hair is not cut, ripped out, or falling out.  She does not have any clothing to wear or to offer at this time.  

She measures 4 1/4 inches tall.  Very clean ... does have two blue dots by her one eye i do not believe it is pen or marker.
