For your consideration, here is a Vintage Dime Store Toy Horseshoe Magnet.  It is not marked with a maker. It is 4 3/4 inches long and 2 1/2 inches at the widest. It has some wear and a small spot where it is missing paint.  It does not have any residual magnetism to it anymore.
