Peterson, a highly acclaimed trumpeter, was also an actor/trumpeter with a spotlighted cornet solo in the Kirk Douglas featured 1970 film THERE WAS A CROOKED MAN. The highly in-demand trumpeter had a long career and played for and associated with a long list of famous actors, singers, musicians, and directors. This memoir tells the behind the scenes tales with anecdotes of associations with the likes of Barbara Streisand.
