WARRANTY :
Warranties differ with the condition of the machine purchased; 90-daylabor and parts warranty is offered for brand new items, and 30-dayparts warranty for other item conditions. ABD Office Solutions, Inc. isnot liable, in any case the machine shows declined performance or showsusual wear-and-tear after the warranty has elapsed.
RETURNS :
All machines sold by ABD Office Solutions, Inc. are non-refundable. ABDOffice Solutions, Inc. only accepts machine exchanges if anycircumstance the machine demonstrates with provision of documents andproofs: 1. Machine received is damaged due to shipment/delivery. If substantialdamage is noted upon inspection, customer has the right to refuse theshipment/delivery. Do not unpack damaged pallets or crates. 2. Machine received does not match the brand/model/description in theinvoice.

SHIPPING DETAILS :
All shipping is insured. Pick up is available upon request. We are located in Southern California in Corona, Riverside County. All shipments are shipped to curbside. The delivery driver will drop the machine onto the ground, curbside, at the end of your driveway. The customer will be responsible for its relocation and assembly from there. If you want the machine delivered within your premises, there is an additional charge.
