This is a very rare, vintage metal acetate 45 rpm phonograph record by Ed Townsend, entitled, "It's High Time". Flipside: "You Better Believe It". Record label: Mercury Pre-Production Copy.
Record is visually graded probably only fair. heavy scratches (a couple detectable to the touch) and scuffing. There are no knife cuts though. Despite its appearance, side one plays good to very good. The vocals are super crisp and clear. Some light background "pops" (heavier ones at the end, but no skipping). Side 2 plays VG++. Vocals are crisp and clear. Light "pops".
