These gently worn ladies dressy culottes combine comfort with fashion.  They are fitted at the top for a nice silhouette, but flare to 21 inch wide legs so they look like a skirt when worn, but have the added modesty of shorts.  The waist measures 38 inches and they have a 6" inseam.  As great culotte for many occasions.  Wear them for golf but also to dinner afterward.  Would be good for work or casual too.  They're a rayon blend but can be machine washed in cold water and steam ironed afterward.
