The Australian one dollar coin was first issued in 1984 to replace the one dollar note then in circulation, this coin seems to be the most circulated denomination in Australia.

OBVERSE: Queen Elizabeth II Australia's Queen bust to right, date.
REVERSE: 5 Kangaroos, 1 dollar.
Edge: Milled.

Composition: 92%Copper, 6%Aluminium, 2%Nickel.
Measurement: 25 mm in diameter.
Weight: 9.0 grams.
Condition: VF (Very Fine), see photos.

As a coin collector I DO NOT clean any of my coins to preserve the original patina, if you wish to clean the coin/s I will leave it up to you.
