THis was hand tailored in possibly hong kong?  probably in the 1960s-70s..  The print is fabulous and unique.. I don't know if you'll find another like it.. the confetti pointillism  is very mod and the print has always reminded me of a dandelions that are in their puff stage ready to send their seeds floating in the air.

The sleeves are slightly loose and puffy ending in a tapered barrel cuff. The collar is 70's pointy.

The buttons are covered in matching fabric,, except one button has lost its cover.. You might be able to switch it for the button under the collar.

The material feels like a rayon or nylon blend..  It is in excellent condition except for a button has lost its button cover.
