These two early Bantams (#'s 31 & 71) have decorated end papers. HOSTAGES has a light crease (or lamination wrinkle - lamination only starting to peel), spine edge & corner wear, closed tear across spine, "D" written on front end paper. MEADOW (also known as SICK HEART RIVER) has some light cover creasing, modest spine end & edge wear, moisture staining on bottom edges (darkening in lower margin only effect on pages), page corner crease and writing on cover back. Both books have firm binding; modestly toned pages are in very good condition.
