Vintage Mid Century Metlox Vernonware Footed Cup and Saucer Fruit Basket

        This classic pattern was made from 1961 - 1986.  It is hand painted and safe for oven and dishwasher...It was made before the microwave was in common use.  The background is speckled off white...made to look old.  The center has a basket of fruit with white blossoms and there is a basket weave pattern on the rim.  Scalloped edges.  I have lots of pieces of this pattern and will be happy to combine the shipping.   Preloved...but it looks perfect to me.   The saucer is 6.25" in diameter and the cup is 2.75" tall.  Great for collectors.
