Made in Occupied Japan. Excellent condition Felt wind-up Roll Over Cat. About 5 1/2" Long. Felt  covering the body is in excellent condition and color. Action: When wound with separate key (not supplied) cat rolls forward and around with ball then tail pushes down and cat rolls over. 

Wind-up mechanism works great and was tested for this sale. Toy has been in storage for some 50 years  and never played with except to test for this sale. 

Overall an excellent vintage windup.
