Rare VTG Yossi Steinberg Owl Enamel Figural Modernist Pin Brooch Israel.

Some explanation is needed for title: We found this at a recent estate sale at an Orthodox Jewish home filled with many great Judaica items. Among the items was this adorable owl. No one could figure out what it was but we noticed the Yossi S mark on the bottom back and knew exactly it was the work of Yossi Strindberg a well known Israeli artist specializing in enamel work, particularly jewelry. Further investigating revealed it was what we thought: an enameled owl brooch. It was just missing the pin backing. We added one from another piece of broken costume jewelry and this guy is ready to be worn. We did use super glue so the pin back is not coming off. No artistry was harmed in our attempt.
