You are bidding on a: 

Vintage seemingly mid 1900s era, clearly hand carved wooden childrens toy, a real folk art type piece, wood chickens or hens that have pegs that go into the paddle and then, I think are supposed to do some kind of pecking action. Bottom is stamped in black Made in Soviet Union. It's an oddball older piece that could use a little restoration. Two of the chicken's pegs are broken so they do not go into their holes and many of the strings are broken or missing. I'm not really sure what this is supposed to do so I assume that it's not complete so it's sold as shown. Does need some fine cleaning and has some light general wear throughout. The bodies of the chickens are 1 inch tall and the paddle is 6 inches wide.
