Unique, old metal  handle, Shanghai Arts and Crafts, Made in the Peoples Republic of China, 1950s era paner hand fan featuring a brown bird on red flowers or tree branch. Really stunning old one in excellent shape with no tears. As shown it's 10 1/4 inches tall. 

Shipping with delivery confirmation is only $3 anywhere in the US, which is LESS than it will cost me.
