* Producing red-skinned plum with juicy, red flesh. Has a sweet and tart flavor.

* Ripens mid-season.

* Needs another variety like AU Rubrum or Methley Plum for cross-pollination.

* Requires 400-500 chilling hours, meaning the minimum hours required between 34-45 degrees F each winter for the fruit bearing tree to blossom.
