  • Size is 38.  Waist Measures 38 Inches.  Inseam is 37 Inches, Legs are Unfinished.  Bottom Leg Opening is 10.5 Inches.  Approximately 1.5 More Inches To Be Let Out in Waist. Front Rise is 11 Inches.
