Vintage Plastic Japan Baby Doll 8" Side Thin Plastic Hollow Dressed

She is a sweet little plastic baby doll marked Made in Japan. 

She has a pretty dress and tatted bonnet.  She has a few issues.  

There is a dent in the back of her head.  Both of her feet are dented.

 Her stringing is loose on both her arms and legs.
