Condition commensurate with age as follows:
> Foxing and yellowing of the pages and around the edges
> Slight damage on some page edges
> Front cover has a tear
> Last few pages and back cover have a small creased/torn area in the center of the pages
> Very minimal "old paper" odor 

Given the age of this magazine, it is in very good vintage condition and a great collectible.  The advertisements are suitable for framing.      

It has been stored in a magazine sleeve and will be mailed in a rigid envelope to keep it flat in transit.
