This unit was designed for stationary diesel engines that are used for Onan generators.

These comments were added by a knowledgeable  buyer.

 This pump is similar (but not a direct swap) to the one on the 89-93 Cummins 6BT engine that was in Dodge pickups. I would guess it would run the same engine on a genset.

This pump looks similar to the early dodge pump but it will NOT run the truck properly. It does not have the proper governor inside it. It also does not have a KSB valve.. It is for a stationary engine that has the proper external governor and KSB controls ! It is also for a 120 hp engine.. Nearly everything internally is different from the pickup truck version ! The piston and cylinder portion is much smaller also. So if you have a Onan gen set you are in luck. A Dodge pickup you are outta luck.
