This dress is in good condition with normal signs of wear. It does have one small little pull in it which I have shown in the photos. The lining is 100% polyester and the dress is 92% polyester and 8% spandex. It is machines washable. It does have a tie back which helps with the waist. It is also a v-neck. This is a great dress for any of those summer vacations or a day out on the town.
