This is a vintage Penguin Brand wood pencil sharpener from China. This is for the sharpener only. The box is solely for the identification of the product. Box reads: PS 821 and comes from Zhejiang China. This is the Panda Bear animal and has a high gloss lacquered finish.
Measures 1 1/4" X 1 3/4".
Condition is new and unused. The sharpener is tightly glued to the base as shown but I don't guarantee its practical usage. A great little conversation piece for display on a shelf or possibly a gift to a minor.
