Costume Black enamel? & Gold metal toned ~ Green Jewel + Cream pearled abalone dangles,

 no Maker's mark noticed.

Preowned condition: see multiple & up-close outdoor photos (Top point of hat some Aged rubs-scuffs wear + back pin has slight bend/curve from prior typical Aged usage but fastens firmly in place w/closure coverage; clasp opens & closes easily for secure fitting ~ 1 dangle has few darkened grime speckles).
