This is the Schenectady County Election Certificate for NYS Assembly in 1938. It confirms that Oswald D. Heck had won the election.  Mr. Heck was Speaker of the NY State Assembly.  Great vintage condition, with seal.  Please see all photos for this very rare ephemera. Would look great framed and hung on display. Some tape where this was hung at one time.
