7" x 8.75", 84 trade paperback. On November 11, 2014, Pentagrams Designs, Austin Texas, hosted an exhibition of original photos of Waller Creek shot by Casey Dunn at the Waller Ballroom. Waller Creek begins north of the University of Texas campus and meanders through downtown, flowing into Lady Bird Lake. The exhibition was to raise awareness and funds for the Waller Creek Conservancy. Not Forgotten was distributed to 130 people who attended the exhibition. No printing date. Brief introduction, full-color photos throughout.

The book is complete and in VERY GOOD condition with some overall wear that includes some stains to the front cover.
