This is a 1970s apothecary style candy jar with a design of brightly colored Christmas trees on the side. The lid fits very tightly due to a plastic gasket around the edge. It is close to air tight with the lid in place. I have 2 of these; one has a tag on the bottom showing the company name, and the other does not. THESE ARE LISTED SEPARATELY. THIS LISTING IS FOR ONE JAR.
CONDITION: This jar is in very good condition with no cracks, chips, or other damage or wear I can find.
SIZE: This jar is about 4" wide and 4 3/4" tall.
BACKGROUND: This is one of a number of things I recently purchased from a retired teacher neighbor before she moved away from our 55 and over community to live with her son. I'll be listing more of these over the next several weeks.
