Milton Triple Role Insulated Kasseroles Vintage 1998 Casserole Travel To Go.  Really neat item and hard to find. There is a manufacturer flaw on one of the snaps. Looks like the plastic is scuffed but it is actually in the plastic. See the one picture to see that.
