This is a vintage Mikasa Round Porcelain Trinket box.  It is a large/medium size box, about 5 inches across.  It has a removable lid. From the 1980's.  Made in Japan.

The design is called "Christmas Bouquet", and looks like a wreath with greenery, red holly berries, gold ribbon bow, and fruit.

In excellent vintage condition, with no chips, cracks or repairs.
