Directions: Makes 7 servings. 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil. 2. Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets. In a large bowl, toss florets with oil. Spread florets in single layer on the baking sheet. Roast in 400 degrees F oven until crispy tender (about 10-11 min). 3. While florets are baking, prepare the buffalo sauce. In a big bowl, mix 1 pouch seasoning with water until smooth. 4. Toss roasted florets in the sauce until evenly coated. Serve immediately. Optional: Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing. For Tempura Style Buffalo Cauliflower: Use 1 pouch of Concord Fresh Success Tempura style mushroom or onion ring batter mix. Follow directions on the package to make Tempura. Toss tempura cauliflower with sauce. Serve immediately. Just add cauliflower & oil.
