This is a used shoulder patch. It is older, most likely vintage but the exact origin date is unknown to me. It was purchased as part of a large lot for collection purposes only. Though I don't know the exact details of its origin, it was most likely removed from an old, no longer in service hat or uniform for collection purposes only. This is an obsolete patch and conveys absolutely no authority whatsoever. Please see the pictures for details and feel free to ask questions.
