This is a chic and unique little silk chiffon skirt by Kay Unger.

100% silk. The georgette lining appears to be polyester.
Very dark navy blue with red, white, light blue.
The fabric is a wonderful melange of stripes and polka dots, with narrow mesh ruffle accents.
Double mesh ruffle at hem.
Such an adorable skirt! It has a Parisian look to me...
Narrow waistband with hook closure.
Center back invisible zip.
Lined.
In excellent very gently pre-owned condition, with no obvious signs of a previous life. Immaculately clean and ready to wear.
