This is a lot consisting of 4 (four) items pertaining to the 2000s film-making themed drama, THE HAND OF GOD, released in 2021 by Netflix and directed by Paolo Sorrentino, in which in 1980s Naples, young Fabietto (Filippo Scotti) pursues his love for football as family tragedy strikes, shaping his uncertain but promising future as a filmmaker.
This lot was only sent to members of the press and this example comes from one of the former (and perhaps best known) film critics of the Los Angeles Times. It consists of:
- One 11 x 14 x 2 in. hardback book inside of a slip case which is still in the original shrink-wrap about the making of the film (which weighs 6 lbs);
- One 6 x 9.5 in. double-sided paper insert about the film;
- One 4.75 x 6 in. FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION paper insert; and
- the original outer cardboard mailing box.
All items are in "Brand New" condition as shown and the outer box exhibits some wear from being posted in the mail.
