About The Record:

Laughing Room, by Woody Woodbury, was the second hit in a series of on-the-spot recordings made in the state of Florida. The liner notes declare, this "is the kind of record you'll play over and over every time you invite a few friends in for cocktails or even coffee. It will make you an immediate sensation at any party." Robert Dennis Woodbury is an American comedian, actor, television personality and talk show host. He is known for his best-selling comedy albums of risque stories, most of which were released in the early 1960s. He was among the first standup comedians to receive a gold record.
