Replacement Motor / Bracket for Mainstays 44'' Flush Mount Ceiling Fan 10377

Appears to have been previously installed.  I did test and all functions seem to work fine.  Listing is for the MOTOR to the fan only.  Everything exactly as shown in the photos. 

Came from Mainstays MODEL 10377 - 44'' Flush mount ceiling fan.
