Always take the true measurement don't pull the measuring tape tight or give any ease. When taking the measurements stand upright, don't slouch or bend over to read the measuring tape as this won't give you a true measurement.

The range of fabrics we stock is quite diverse, so you will have plenty to choose from in different pattern, weight, colour and design. Our Budget range is made up of tropical wool which is not only comfortable for use all year round, but is suitable for both formal and daily wear. It is an ideal range for those who want the fit on a budget. For those who expect more than basics, we offer Premium and Distinguished ranges in wool rich and pure wool fabrics

Since all our garments are made to your specifications, it takes 4-6 weeks for your order to be processed. We want all our garments to be of an exceptionally high standard with a perfect fit every time and our tailors pay detailed attention to every aspect of each garment to ensure this. We understand that some orders are extra special. If you need to have your order rushed by a certain date, such as a wedding or graduation, please contact us to arrange an express delivery.

Everything Bespoke is committed to helping you attain the perfect fitting suit. More than 95% of our orders require no alterations. For those that do, we encourage tweaking order to your ideal size, with the help of a local tailor and we pay for the cost of your alterations, up to 20% of the purchase cost of your order. Please note that alterations credit is not available for an order that has already been discounted or an order that is part of a special promotion.

A refund request can be made any time before we start tailoring the garment. There shall be no cancellation charges/Refund Charges if the buyer has mutually agreed to cancel the transaction through within 60 days of the purchase date Before deciding to return your order, please review our free alterations & replacement policy. Please note, as all our suits/shirts are handmade, measures may have a certain tolerance (1/4" for cuffs/collars, 1/2" for all other measurements). This should not be considered as a return motivation since it can be solved using the 20% "Alterations Credit" in adjustments we offer for all our garments.

Everything Bespoke will accept returns for legitimate reasons if they are received by us within 30 days of you receiving an order. Please note, because Bespoke garments are a complete write-off and almost impossible to be sold again. Therefore, we don't accept returns for Group/Wedding orders. In the very rare case of a tailoring error on our part where the finished garment sizes differ significantly from the original measurements submitted by yourself, or there is a material defect or the colour is not as specified, we will provide a replacement Free of charge.

Within the first year of purchase, we'll replace any garment that is damaged, ripped, torn, stained, burned, etc. with a new one at 50% of retail cost.* * Replacement policy does not apply to lost or stolen items and shirts. Original fabric must be in stock for replacement policy to apply. No fabric substitutions, alterations, or changes to the sizing of your original garment are permitted. Original garment to be replaced must be returned to Everything Bespoke before production on a replacement will begin. No credit or refund will be provided for garments that are no longer available for replacement.
