This is former Vice President Nelson Rockefeller's Memorial Service Program from February 1979. Approximately 2500 political and business elite were invited to attend the service. The pamphlet was folded probably by the original owner. There is a note written in the top left corner from whomever the original owner was at the time of the service.  Please see all photos for a full condition understanding.  This is a unique and rare piece of ephemera, would look amazing framed.
