Mullet has proven to be one of our most productive and highly regarded
lures among Anglers. Our lures are available in a variety of sizes
ranging from 4", 6", 8" and 12" , with or without stripes. This kit
features our 4" rigged Mullet. Our lures have been used in every kind of
fishing imaginable; from Redfish, Trout and Flounder in the marshes and back waters to dropping them down into deeper water for Sea Bass and Grouper. They are ideal for offshore dredge baits, teasers and lures as well as pitch baits for Mahi, Sailfish and Tuna.
The unrigged Mullets (except for the 4" model) feature a tube that runs
the length of the bait as well as a cavity for your hook to set in
while you're trolling. The 4" Mullet is easy to rig with a circle hook
or a jig head. The 6" and 8" unrigged Mullet have been used in
combination with the "Bioedge" scent sticks and potions for a fantastic Grouper set up. They can also be used as trolling lures set with our Almost Alive Lures™ Weighted Hooks or with a regular style "J" hook. The largest Almost Alive Lures™ 12" Mullet is a remarkable offshore bait when targeting big Blue Marlin. The large body and details on the bait will fool even the leeriest of Marlin. Simpy put, the Mullet looks too real and too easy of a catch for a Marlin to ignore. Our Mullet are incredibly realistic and feature a full scale pattern and large 3D eyes. |
