Vintage Commemorative Souvenir Ceramic Plate / Wall Plaque, Queen Victoria portrait in center, spattered type trim around edge, approximately 7 1/4 inches in diameter, unmarked, produced so that can be hung by threading cord through two openings on inner brim of plate on bottom.  Vintage item in good condition, light crazing, no chips, no cracks, good decoration.
