American Brilliant Period Cut

Spooner, Relish or Candy

Unknown Cutter

Probably 1890 - 1900 Based on fans ending at the edge of the rim

Originally intended as a spooner this item can be used for a multitude of modern day purposes

Measures 8" long x 4 1/4" wide x 2" tall

I would imagine it started as a 8" square plate and when still hot, the edges were rolled upward

and the corners slightly flared to create the spooner

Please note there are nicks to the backside and along the high points of the rim

Perfectly usable and will always add a touch of brilliance to your table

Very well cut & Priced accordingly

As with most pieces of cut glass from this period, there may be some minor flea bites or nicks to the edges or underside. If they are readily seen, I will point them out:

Overall very usable condition with no scratch marks.

As with most pieces of cut glass from this period, there may be some chips to the edges or underside. If they are readily seen, I will point them out or picture them for your review.
