Kanawha Art Glass Square Waffle Glassware Amberina Glass Pitcher Creamer. Has sticker on the inside so it probably was never used. Has a matte finish.

It does glow a little under black light. The base glows more that the upper red area.

It has a chip in the bottom of the creamer. See last photo
