Enlightenment seems to explain all when it is received and knowing something makes one assume everything has been revealed. They have all they need, all they can understand, or, really, all they want.

  The Veil of Desire- The third veil is about all that one desires BEING hidden in "plain sight." It is not always obvious and it is often hidden in the shadows and unseen corners of life!!! We can spend all our time learning about the world around us that we cannot progress in out own spiritual growth!!In short, the distractions are all the things of the world that we seek instead of riasing our energies to ascend to the highest light. We choose to spend our time with the world, instead of the Soul's True progress. This veil of distraction will be lifted and Spiritual growth and advancement will flourish!!!!!

  The Veil of Unbelief- The fifth way that power is hidden is behind many layers of doubt. The human brain is set to take in certain information and filter out whatever we don't believe. For this reason, we only see, hear, or feel what expect according to our beliefs. Our society, our family and those around us give us the foundation upon which we build our beliefs. These are the traditions of our fathers that bind us to what we already know and prevent us from walking a higher spiritual path. These beliefs are maintained through self-justification, and true power is discredited. 

  People then don't know where to look for the path of power and light. Those who don't believe raise doubt wihtin oneself about one's oath and the gifts it beholds. They may feel Magick is primitive and not possible. This veil of Unbelief will be lifted and one will be empowered by being rleased of all of the doubts, opinions and negative energies of the Non-believers...

  The Veil of Physical Senses- The sixth protection from walking a higher path is our own physical senses. Humans are dual beings: we have a set of senses of the spirit and a set of the physical body. The natural, or default senses that are used are those of the body. The large majority of people don't automatically see, hear, or feel their own spiritual nature because these senses must be trained, and developed over time. So, when people aren't seeking a higher light they will automatically see only the things that are of the world. Since the ways of Magick are not discernable by the natural man, not with the eyes, ears, or common senses of the body, most people will filter it out, passing it by as if it weren't there at all. 

  The senses of the body are so overpowering that those who practice and benefit from Magick are easily pushed aside. Thus, it's easy to  remain spiritually "stuck" while the true power of the higher paths remains a mystery.  This will assist one in lifting the veil of the Physial senses so one may truly exoerience the World of light and power beyond are common senses!!!

ABOUT ALEXANDRIA: Albina says that one particular Witch, Alexandria, "shed her mortal skin" over 81 years ago. She was known during her life, particularly in many circles in the North East United States as "the Mystic Queen". Albina says she gained this title because of the immense power she was able to conjure and the fascinating abilities that she developed. Albina says she was very young when she met Alexandria, who was by her account a "stunningly beautiful woman with piercing blue eyes and raven black hair", she also dressed in flowing, colorful clothes that as she says " would catch the air in a very dramatic way and cause everyone in her presence to pause and take notice.

 
**Yet, what was even more captivating and astonishing than her beauty was her other-wordly powers. Albina says upon their first meeting she noticed this gorgeous woman at a large gathering of people one minute, when in an instant she seemed to disappear, and when those around her asked where Alexandria was, a young Albina noticed the woman's figure, with the long flowing garbs illuminated by the sunshine at the very top of a large hill. After some time, a man who had hiked out to where this figure was confirmed that it was indeed Alexandria. Albina says she will never forget it because she knew that without some assistance this woman could have never made it that far away within such a short period of time. Alexandria had achieved many of the skills and powers that most very long practicing witches had achieved in their lifetimes, however, she was also known to be able to shape shift, call upon all of nature's energies to assist her, "charming" animals and insects, and teleportation!
