Absolutely adorable postcard.  Please note the left and right edges have been trimmed, so the card  measures 5 inches across instead of 5 1/2 inches, most likely was trimmed to fit in a 3.5 x 5 inch frame. Wear on edges. The image of the dogs is not affected.
