Description
This is a beautiful Vintage black straw hat, pillbox style, made of straw or raffia woven/shaped into flowers. This is really pretty and still in great condition. There is a black veil attached at the top center with one of the flowers on the top of the veil and I didn't see any breaks in the veil. This is true Vintage Circa 1950's to 60's Era. The base of the hat is black mesh.

Condition
Beautiful piece of fashion history, clean and in wonderful condition consistent with light and gentle use and careful storage. The veil goes over the top of the hat and on top of the veil is one of the straw flowers. I will need to be reattached at the top and I will leave that to the buyer. other than that I found no issues of note. So beautiful and mid-century glam.
This is still wonderful for church or special occasions and would be great for Easter. Very nice, and it has been well cared and preserved, it must have been very special to someone over the years.
Measurements
This measures about 20 inches around on the inside circumference at the edge of the hat.
