At times worries overwhelm my mind

and positive thoughts are hard to find.

Part of me could quite happily run away,

but my common sense says clearly, STAY!

As the sun burns through the early morning mist,

it is with determination and courage that I insist,

the positive love of life that had been me,

is mine again, reborn, as you will clearly see!

I have downed the burden of worry and guilt,

and it is through renewed positivity I am rebuilt.
