Limited Edition 2010 Karl Lagerfeld Coca Cola Light Aluminum Bottle Diet Coke 250 ml
Coca-Coca Light the Lagerfeld way!
This is a pre owned Limited Edition aluminum 250 ml Coca Cola bottle that was only sold in Europe celebrating Karl Lagerfeld and Coca Cola Light (Diet Coke). The writing on the bottle is French. The bottle itself has been opened and the original pink cap is not present. This favorite drink has called upon the genius of Karl Lagerfeld to dress the Coca-Cola light aluminum bottle. The designer lends his inimitable style and his unmistakable silhouette to the chic lines of the bottle, all in a special limited-edition bottle released as a limited edition in 2010.
Karl Lagerfeld is the latest designer to have created a collection of aluminum bottles for Coca-Cola. Lagerfeld is not the first fashion designer to create a special version of the famous Coca-Cola Contour bottle, but his is one of the most desired by collectors Worldwide. A number of other limited edition bottles by fashion designers for Coca-Cola Light soda have been created in the last few years.
Women’s Wear Daily reports that the ponytailed fashion force shot the new ad campaign for the global soda giant, which features two of his favorite models, Coco Rocha and Baptiste Giacobini (shown in the second photo), and also designed the soda’s white bottle, which boasted a hot pink aluminum cap and a simple black graphic of Lagerfeld’s famous silhouette, instantly recognizable by the high collar, pointy boots and trademark ponytail he always wore. In the ad, a coquettish Rocha sips her no-calorie soda pop out of Lagerfeld’s favorite Lalique glass, while clad in a cute black shorts, a white button-down and fingerless gloves -- all from the designer’s namesake Spring collection. Lagerfeld, a devoted fan of consumables with zero calories, liked to drink Coca-Cola Lite in “a delicate crystal goblet” to accentuate the taste. Naturally.
The ads debuted in France on April 28, 2010 in magazines and on billboards, including across Galeries Lafayette which, along with trendsetting Parisian boutique Colette, will sold a limited-edition boxed version of the bottle with a matching bottle opener for 47 euros.
