This plastic advertising ruler if from Bertels, a manufacturer of plan and lithographed cans that was in Kingston PA.  It is yellow and 7 inches long. To assure myself that it wasn't just a ruler broken off at 7 inches since the millimeters begin at the other end and begin at 1 I am satisfied that is isn't a shortened ruler.  The condition is good.
