If you are not sure about an item description or have any questions, contact us. We will try our best to answer any questions that you may have. This is to ensure you get the right item that you are looking for and to prevent the hassle of shipping any returns on the part of the customer. You can simply send us a message .

Payment

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. Payments must be received within 24 hours after purchase has been made.

Shipping

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours or less from receipt of payment. In the rare event of a delay with your order we will notify you through messages. USA Domestic Shipping Only, including Alaska and Hawaii (not including Puerto Rico)

Returns

We have a 30 day return policy, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If customer orders the wrong item or a mistake is on the customers part then the customer will receive a refund for the original cost of the item, not including paid shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and/or in the same condition that you received it. New items need to be unopened.
