Attention western show exhibitors and collectors! This is pair of vintage sterling silver and steel 20 point rowell spurs originally made in Mexico. Included in the sale are the original leather spur straps which have a small tear on the inside of the left spur strap from wear on the inside dee ring which does not affect usability. This pair of spurs is absolutely stunning. There is no maker's mark on this pair of spurs, but the embossing is lovely as shown in the closeup photos. The size of the spurs is 6-1/8 inches total length by 3-1/2 inches wide by 1 inch tall. The rowell is a 1 inch diameter 20 point semi dull rowell. There are 6 silver inlay stripes on the back side of the spurs as shown in the photos, some of which are missing as shown in the photos.
Since these spurs are vintage and used, they do show some signs of wear but still have years of life left. Both spurs have some light wear to the edges of the silver overlays.
