Measurements: 

Across the waist is about 18 inches, from the top of the pants to the bottom is about 40 inches, and the inseam is about 31 inches. 8 inch rise.  These have a flare or boot cut leg.  Mid leg the opening is about 7" at the bottom the opening is about 8".
