This is a 2013 Starbucks white mermaid ceramic travel coffee mug. It measures 6- 1/4" tall with a 3-1/2" top diameter and holds 12 oz. It has a lid with silicone seal. The bottom is marked: "2013 Starbucks Coffee Company All Rights Reserved Do not Microwave" in both English and French. Mug is in excellent condition. It has no nicks, chips, cracks, or crazing. Any glare, white spots, and color shift gradations on the item are from my camera flash, reflectors, and reflective shiny surfaces. Colors are true and vibrant.
My items are shipped from Canada and I use Canada Post - we do not have a media rate or first class shipping as in the US. Canada Post charges by the size and weight of the items. When you receive your parcel, shipping costs do not reflect the 15% HST we have to pay in Nova Scotia on stamps or the 13% Final Value Fee now charges on shipping. I do not ship on weekends or holidays as there is no mail service available at Canada Post on these days.
