New folders haven't been used, got it in a lot sale. Because it's made to go into a three ring binder, there are holes in it that are pre-punched, some of them have already been remove other are still in tack because of this I won't say they are mint. These holes are part of the process and so are sold "As is" Please look at the picture to see what the folder looks like I have a few of these folders for sale so the picture to show you want it looks like.
